Vermont Teaching License Renewal
License Level I
Level I endorsements are required to have three credits (or 45 hours) of new professional learning per endorsement. At least one credit (or 15 hours) of new learning must apply directly to the knowledge and performance standards of the endorsement to be renewed.
The remaining two credits need to fall within the Core Teaching and Leadership Standards for Vermont Educators.
License Level II
Level II endorsements are required to have nine credits (or 135 hours) of new professional learning per endorsement. At least three credits (or 45 hours) of new learning must apply directly to the knowledge and performance standards of the endorsement to be renewed.
The remaining six credits need to fall within the Core Teaching and Leadership Standards for Vermont Educators.

To obtain the requirements, the following equivalencies shall be used:
1 graduate credit = 15 clock hours
